Account Manager
Gallegos Agency x Got Milk?

  • Spearheaded facilitating a 46-person team to execute the Got Milk? campaign in three weeks, producing content that reached 36.2K+ viewers.

  • Collaborated cross-functionally to deliver fast-paced campaigns from concept to execution, strengthening project management and team leadership skills.

Account Manager
UF College of Engineering

  • Managed the creative development process & execution of developing a website that highlights 86 defining moments in the college's history, 100+ milestones across the departments, and Herbert Wertheim's accomplishments that resulted in the "Wertheim Transformation" in 2015.

  • Adhered to accessibility guidelines and procedures to increase user friendliness.

  • Oversaw the completion of a 30 page historical information booklet that highlights the pioneers and progress of the UF College of Engineering.​

Account Manager
Advanced Pain Medical Center

  • Supervised day-to-day client communications, lead feedback loops between the client and internal team, deliver client direction with precision and drive revisions that align with his evolving vision.

  • Facilitated cross-functional collaboration of a 34-person team consisting of creative, strategy, media, production, and copywriting teams. Translate client requests into clear action plans and ensure deadlines are met.

  • Conveyed content tied to Product Representatives and enhance campaign strategy and storytelling.

  • Encouraged strong, trusting relationships with both the client and internal team by being a proactive, reliable, and solutions-oriented leader.

  • Received the" Extra Mile Award" for Fall 2025 based on my strong leadership skills and campaign success.

Senior Project Manager

  • Assisted Client Services Department Manager, Lead Account Manager, and Lead Project Manager in resourcing 35 person department and maintaining individualized relationships with each team member

  • Initiated an onboarding curriculum that facilitates the transition process of New Hires into our agency format: weekly check ins, technical skill building workshops, 1 on 1s, and account shadowing program implementation.

Project Coordinator

  • Directed internal workflows with detailed timelines, concise updates to cross-functional teams using Outlook and Slack, and accelerated deliverable completion process.

  • Supervised a team of 16 department representatives on a mock Subway campaign by implementing Zoom meetings, interpreted media trends, and synthesized Gen-Z lens tailored content, alongside enhanced client relationships.
